Hayden Reader of the Week: Jeremy Glaze

Jeremy Glaze, 9, was chosen as the third Reader of the Week for Hayden Public Library’s summer reading program. Jeremy will be in the third grade, and his mother’s name is Juli Glaze. The family has a guinea pig named Bubbles, a snake named Medusa and a fish with no name. Jeremy has three older sisters, one older brother and is an uncle.

Jeremy has many friends but spends most of the time riding bikes and playing with Andrew and Kaleb.

Jeremy’s favorite color is green and his favorite food is chicken tenders with fries. His favorite movie is “Flicka” and his favorite books are “The Land Before Time” series. He likes to watch a variety of sports on TV, and when it rains, he enjoys playing video games. Math is his favorite subject in school. In fact, Jeremy said he is “awesome at it.”

Jeremy is looking forward to camping this summer and reading some good books. His advice for young readers is to “read a book that is your own level so you will enjoy it.”

Jeremy said he was very excited to be selected as Reader of the Week and thought it was very good. He said he would like to be a doctor when he grows up.
