Tuesday, Aug. 10

6:47 p.m. A car turning right reportedly was hit by another vehicle that was trying to pass on the left on U.S. Highway 40 near Sixth Street. There were no injuries.

Wednesday, Aug. 11

12:23 p.m. A gas leak was reported at the Kum & Go.

8:21 p.m. A resident in the 300 block of Vista Verde Drive reported that a Game Boy that was reported stolen last week had been found.

Thursday, Aug. 12

7:35 a.m. A juvenile was reported knocking on a window at a private residence in the 300 block of Vista Verde Drive.

1:57 p.m. Two sheds reportedly were on fire on Routt County Road 65. Firefighters put out the fire. There were no injuries, and a home on the property was not damaged.

4:17 p.m. A grass fire was reported on Routt County Road 52.

Friday, Aug. 13

3:29 p.m. Guns were reported stolen from a gun cabinet in the 100 block of Pine Street.
