Haselden awarded for One Steamboat Place

— The Association of General Contractors honored Haselden Construction in fall for its outstanding job in building One Steamboat Place. The association recognizes projects based on dynamic design, quality, skill, strength and performance, which all play a part in determining the award winners.

On Nov. 12, the association presented its member contractors with 40 awards at its annual banquet at the Hyatt Regency in Denver. There were 52 entries in 15 categories, with One Steamboat Place winning the first place ACE award for project of the year among projects with a budget of more than $60 million. Additionally, Haselden Construction won a subcontractor bronze award for overcoming the challenges of a difficult project given the climate and conditions in constructing One Steamboat Place.
