Steamboat Today

Green Courte Partners, the real estate firm that developed Howelsen Place and Alpen Glow, has opened an office in downtown Steamboat Springs.

The company’s main office remains in Lake Forest, Ill., but a team now will be working remotely from 751 Yampa St. along the river.

Green Courte’s founder and chairman, Randy Rowe, recently moved to the area, according to Mark Scully, managing director for the firm. Rowe has owned property in Routt County for a number of years.

Green Courte is a private equity real estate investment firm with more than a billion dollars of real estate assets in its portfolio.
