Ginger Fisher: 1932-2004

Former Steamboat Springs resident Ginger Fisher died Aug. 31, 2004, at her home in Federal Way, Wash. She was 71.
Ginger was born Dec. 31, 1932, in Aberdeen, Wash.
She lived in Steamboat during the 1940s and attended Steamboat Springs High School.
Ginger loved to dance, cook, travel and entertain family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Owsley and her fiance Corey Verburg of Federal Way, Wash.; a son, Scott Fisher and his wife, Jeanine, of Sumner, Wash.; four grandchildren, Kelsey, McKay, Lindsey and Christian; and countless friends.
A celebration of life service was held Friday at Christ Lutheran Church in Federal Way.
