Featured volunteer opportunity

  • Motivated middle and high school students are needed to serve on the Youth Summit Planning Committee starting Aug. 22. Contact Althea at 970-875-4560 or altheaelizabetho@gmail.com to find out more.

Time-sensitive volunteer opportunities

  • The Community Agriculture Alliance is helping to identify and contact land owners along the Steamboat GRVL Bike Race course to communicate race day information and impacts. It is in need of volunteers to research local land owner phone numbers. Contact Michele Meyer at 970-879-4370 or email michele@communityagalliance.org.
  • Take part in the Yampa River Cleanup on Saturday, Aug. 10. Meet at Little Toots Park next to the Bud Werner Memorial Library at 8:30 a.m. Lunch will be provided. Contact kent@friendsoftheyampa.com for more information.
