Free community yoga practice for Earth Day to be held Sunday

Bud Werner Memorial Library’s community yoga practice puts a focus on Tias Little’s “Freeing the Bird of Prana, Opening the Wings of a Yoga Practice” for Earth Day at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 22 in Library Hall. The free 90-minute practice is designed for all levels to work at their own pace. People are asked to bring their own mats and blankets.
Participants work at their own pace throughout each free community yoga session and soak up the support of the local yoga community while absorbing the teaching of some of the world’s most esteemed yogis projected on the big screen with surround sound in Library Hall. Visit steamboatlibrary.org/events for more information.
