Walker and Hill
Miss Emily Marie Walker’s betrothal to Mr. Charles Anthony Hill, son of Mr. and Mrs. William C. Hill II of Seneca, Pennsylvania, is announced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Winston A. Walker.
Miss Walker will graduate in February with a bachelor of applied arts and sciences degree in computer science and digital imaging from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y. Mr. Hill has nearly finished his doctoral work in theoretical physics at the Center for Atmospheric Sciences of Hampton University in Hampton, Va.
He is involved with several remote sensing projects associated with NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va. and the Advanced Physics Laboratory of Johns Hopkins University.
The engaged couple will be wed April 20, 2002, at the United Methodist Church in Steamboat Springs. Afterward, they will reside in Hampton, Va.
