9:44 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a reported theft on Routt County Road 25 near Oak Creek.
11:58 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a reported theft at a store in Central Park Plaza. A cell phone was stolen.
1:50 p.m. Officers spoke to a person with an off-leash dog in Fetcher Park. The person was warned that dogs must be leashed in the park.
2:06 p.m. Officers warned three men who were smoking cigarettes at the Stockbridge Transit Center that smoking is not allowed in the city under Stage 2 fire restrictions.
2:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the second story of a condominium in the 2400 block of Ski Trail Lane. The bear was able to get out of the building by itself and caused no damage besides some excrement on the carpet.

6:20 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a suspicious incident on U.S. Highway 40 on Rabbit Ears Pass.
8:21 p.m. Police officers were called to check on the welfare of a drunken person in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue. The incident escalated, and the 54-year-old was arrested on suspicion of three counts of misdemeanor harassment for harassing communications.
10:24 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 4300 block of Routt County Road 29.
11:24 p.m. Police officers conducted a traffic stop at Mount Werner Road and South Lincoln Avenue. The driver was allegedly intoxicated and in possession of a small amount of cocaine. The 24-year-old was arrested on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se and possession of a controlled substance. Another felony charge was added 15 minutes after the initial arrest for alleged attempt to introduce contraband to the jail.
