Don Edwards: Why?

I was born in Texas almost 65 years ago. I have lived all across the U.S.

I lived and worked in Alaska, and I am ashamed that I worked in the oil fields there because we ship all the oil there to Japan for half the price of what we pay Saudi Arabia. Why?

Why did the government wait to raise the debt limit when they had no choice anyhow because we were out of money?

But the biggest shock to me was only hours after we raise the limit, we are sending $1.6 billion to aid Pakistan. Where did that money come from and why?

No other country comes to aid the U.S. or fights their own battle with aid of the U.S.

Why?
