Dinner, parenting session planned this week







First Impressions of Routt County will host a free dinner and parenting session for parents of children age birth to 8 from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, at Soda Creek Elementary School, 220 Park Ave.

Attendees are invited to bring their questions for the panel, which will include Dr. Josh Welch, of Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association; Sophie Berkley, LLPC, of Growing Potential Now, LLC; and Tami Havener, director of Discovery Learning Center.

Dinner will be served at 5:45 p.m., and the panel discussion will follow from 6 to 7:30.



Free childcare will also be provided.

Attendees are asked to RSVP no later than Monday, May 23, at 970-870-5270 or smartin@co.routt.co.us and include the number of adults and children who will be attending.



This is a zero waste event, and attendees are asked to bring their own water bottles.
