Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:19 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to a report of a suspicious incident at Yampa and Ninth streets. A gate was open at a construction site.

3:40 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious car in the 400 block of Eaglepointe Court. A 30-year-old man was passed out in the car, and he was arrested on suspicion of DUI.



2:44 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a snowboard stolen from the bottom of the Christy Peak Express chairlift.

4:11 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help with a crash on U.S. Highway 40 about two miles east of Milner. A 21-year-old Boulder woman was killed in the crash. Two other 21-year-old Boulder residents were taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center with serious injuries.



4:27 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person with a medical problem in the 1400 block of Robert E. Lee Lane.

6:29 p.m. Routt County Search and Rescue volunteers were called to help with a search.

10:31 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight in the 1600 block of Shadow Run Frontage. People were heard yelling and slamming doors. Everything was fine when officers arrived.

10:56 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person having a seizure at a grocery store in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
