Police, fire and ambulance calls
12:38 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious man who was ringing someone’s doorbell at Sunburst Court. Police contacted the man, and he was taken to the hospital to be evaluated for a medical issue.
2:22 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight involving multiple men at the Gondola Transit Center. During the fight, one man broke a window on a Steamboat Springs Transit bus, causing $250 worth of damage. Police issued two men tickets for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Police said alcohol was believed to have been the main thing that contributed to the fight.
7:30 a.m. Officers were called to a report of three moose near the Hampton Inn.
12:33 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders were called to help a patient at Steamboat Ski Area.
5:46 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man who was shoplifting $10 in food items at City Market. The man was issued a ticket.

8:30 p.m. Officers were called to a report of someone who possibly hit a dog with a vehicle. Police were not able to substantiate the report.
10:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a vehicle that was speeding on Elk River Road. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
11:39 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken man who was sleeping in the lobby of a hotel in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The man was at the wrong hotel. Officers helped him get to his room at the correct hotel right across the highway.
