4:46 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 100 block of Logan Avenue.

10:43 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a car battery stolen from a Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club vehicle at Howelsen Hill.

2:43 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a younger man soliciting donations in the 2700 block of Honeysuckle Lane.

3:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a Craigslist scam in the 2700 block of Honeysuckle Lane. A man was trying to sell a bike for $110. The man received a check for $1,000 and was told to send back the remaining money. It was a fraudulent check.

8:12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of threats in the 300 block of Pearl Street. It was two brothers fighting.

8:36 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman who stole clothing and hair spray from a business in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Police contacted the woman, and she returned to the business to pay for the items.

11:16 p.m. Police saw an enormous bull elk that looked injured in the 2800 block of Ridge Road.
