Legal Description of property (“Property”) to be foreclosed: An undivided 1/5th interest in and to: Condominium Unit 203 Building A, The Rockies Condominium, according to the maps thereof recorded at File No. 7236 and amended at File 7276 of the records of Routt County, Colorado and the Amended Declaration thereof recorded in Book 367 at Page 449 and as amended by document recorded Book 370 at Page 272, and according to the Amended Declaration of Protective Covenants and Time-Sharing Agreement recorded in Book 401 at Page 418, and any and all Amendments thereto. Said undivided 1/5th interest is known as Period C, County of Routt, State of Colorado.

THE LIEN BEING FORECLOSED MAY NOT BE A FIRST LIEN.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED AS FOLLOWS:

The undersigned will on April 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the lobby of the Routt County Sheriff’s Office, 2025 Shield Drive, Steamboat Springs, Colorado sell the Property at public auction to the highest bidder who has submitted bid funds to the undersigned as specified by C.R.S. § 38-38-106(7) to pay the Debt and certain other sums, all as provided by applicable law, and this Combined Notice.

YOU MAY HAVE AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY BEING FORECLOSED, OR HAVE CERTAIN RIGHTS OR SUFFER CERTAIN LIABILITIES PURSUANT TO COLORADO STATUTES AS A RESULT OF SAID FORECLOSURE.

Steamboat man sees mountain lion on front porch (with video)

Colorado Parks and Wildlife Area Manager Kris Middledorf estimated there are about 4,000 mountain lions in Colorado, though it’s difficult to say how many are in Routt County. Middledorf said human interaction with lions is rare, and humans being attacked by a lion is even more rare.
