Items of routine and noncontroversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Routt County Board of Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any commissioner may request that an item be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may request any item be pulled from the consent agenda.

A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: Regular meetings of Nov. 12, 2013

B. Approval and authorization to sign child care services fiscal agreements (CCCAP) between Routt County and local providers from the period Jan 1 through Dec. 31.

C. Approval and signature of the annual renewal of the CDHS certification of compliance of the county merit system for 2014.

D. Approval of the state human service electronic benefit transfer in the amount of $15,032.21 through November 2013.

E. Approval of and authorization to sign a resolution confirming the regional building department as an enterprise under Colorado law.

F. Approval of and authorization for the chairperson to sign the agreement for the continued operation of the detoxification center.

Consideration to approve and authorization to sign the 2014 certification of levies and revenue due to the Colorado Division of Property Tax on Dec. 22 and adoption of the 2013 Resolution to Levy Taxes.
