Consideration to waive the formal purchasing process and approved the award and authorize chairperson to sign multiple purchase orders. One for a Mobile eCitation/eCrash solution with Brazos Technology; one for a business intelligence reporting portal for existing Vision and CAPERS legacy data with Meyer Technology Group; additional one(s) for an offsite storage system with vendors(s) to be determined.

Noon Lunch break

1 p.m. Capital Projects Road Tour

R & B will lead the commissioners on a road tour viewing a sample of the 2013 capital projects and discuss general road maintenance practices.

All regular meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted. All meetings will be held in the Routt County Historic Courthouse, 522 Lincoln Ave., Commissioners Hearing Room.
