Cottage food safety training to be offered Wednesday

Routt County CSU Extension will offer a cottage food safety training session from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room at the Routt County Courthouse, 522 Lincoln Ave. in Steamboat Springs. The training covers specifics of Colorado’s Cottage Foods Act and offers information on how to safely operate a food business from a home kitchen. The cost is $30.
