Coffee and a Newspaper slated for Nov. 11

— Steamboat Today’s monthly Coffee and a Newspaper event will be held at noon Nov. 11 at the newspaper office instead of on its regularly scheduled first Wednesday of the month. Diane Johnson, general manager of Yampa Valley Electric Association, will be the featured speaker. This will be a brown bag lunch, so participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch. Representatives from the newspaper, including Editor Lisa Schlichtman and Assistant Editor Jim Patterson, will also attend.

The newspaper will provide drinks as well as cookies and patriotic cupcakes in honor of Veterans Day. The event is free and open to the community.
