CNCC project includes a 4,023 SF concrete

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Colorado Northwestern Community College will receive Statements of Qualification electronically via e-mail from General Contractors for construction of an Automotive Technology classroom building on its Craig campus on or before 5:00 PM on March 23, 2011.



The project includes a 4,023 SF concrete, CMU and wood frame structure on a concrete foundation/slab with polycarbonate and metal wall panels, wood open web joists and a membrane roof, along with associated site, plumbing, mechanical, fire sprinkler and electrical work.

The College intends to select 3 – 5 responses to allow to bid on the project and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any irregularities or informalities therein.
