General Description: Application for a change of use from vacant office use to Nightclub. (Note: previous notice incorrectly described the proposed use as “tavern”).

This development application has been submitted and processed consistent with the Steamboat Springs Revised Community Development Code. The Final Decision is to be made by the Director of Planning & Community Development on Thursday, January 27, 2011 unless a valid objection by an aggrieved party is filed in the Department of Planning & Community Development by 12:00 PM (Noon) on January 27, 2011. In the event that a valid objection is received by an aggrieved party, the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission and/or City Council will hear the petition in public hearings.

This application is available for review and inspection during regular public hours at the Department of Planning & Community Development, located at 124 10th Street, Centennial Hall, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
