9:17 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a hit and run at a business in the 1400 block of S. Lincoln Avenue. A caller wanted to provide a description of a vehicle they believed had hit their vehicle in the parking lot.

2:01 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters responded to a report of trauma in the 300 block of Poplar Street in Hayden.

2:11 p.m. Officers received a report of a suspicious person at Wyatt and Tamarack drives. A person was going door to door selling items.

5:15 p.m. Officers were called about lost property at a condominium complex on Walton Creek Road. The caller had lost their driver’s license and ID card.

7:34 p.m. Officers responded to a call of suspicious people at a playground at a school in the 200 block of Park Avenue. The caller believed the people may have been canvasing houses and one appeared to have something hidden under their shirt. Officers made contact and issued citations for underage consumption of alcohol.

8:30 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters responded to a reported woodland fire in the 26000 block of Old Springs Road in Oak Creek.

9:34 p.m. Officers received a report of criminal mischief at Agate Street and River Road. Someone had decorated a car with string cheese, glitter and whip cream, possibly as part of a graduation prank.
