New associate joins Colorado Group Realty

Lani Holmberg has joined the Colorado Group Realty team. She is the newest associate, which includes a group of more than 60 owners and associates.

A news release announcing Holmberg’s position said if you ask Holmberg where she is from, she will say Kansas, but will add that, after 43 years in Colorado and 27 of those in Steamboat Springs, she is proud to say Steamboat Springs is her hometown. This is where she says she “grew up,” reared a family and is now watching another generation, her two grandchildren, begin their Yampa Valley journey.

Holmberg has spent the past 20 years in the construction industry. Prior to teaming up with her husband, Holmberg gained experience in the banking industry as a commercial lender.

“You might not think that working with concrete could be that exciting, but it’s the relationships that we have with our clients, customers and employees that inspire us to always go beyond what is expected and give 110 percent to achieve everyone’s goals,” Holmberg said in the news release.

Broker Lori Thompson said clients can count on Holmberg to be straightforward, honest and work effectively to complete a transaction quickly and efficiently.

“Her friendly personality and knowledge of Steamboat and the Yampa Valley compliment her well as she services her clients,” Thompson said.
