Business briefs: Colorado Group recognizes brokers
Steamboat Springs — Colorado Group Realty presents broker awards
Colorado Group Realty recently presented seven individuals and two teams with awards that show leadership and strength within the firm and the market as a whole.
The Rising Star award, given to a broker who is new to CGR and has made an outstanding contribution to the company in a short period of time, was presented to Donna Mae Hoots.
“It’s been a true pleasure working with Donna Mae this past year. Her commitment to serving her customers, along with her tireless work ethic within the community, has proven to be contagious.” said Lee Findell, broker/owner.
The Top Producing Team award was presented for the ninth time to The Metzler Team.
“I attribute the high level of success year after year to the strength and reliability of the entire Metzler team,” Nick Metzler, broker/owner said. “This team is built with high-quality team members that know real estate and our community and don’t waste the time of our clients.”
The Top Producer Individual Award, given to the individual who produces the most within the company for the year, produced a tie and was presented to Coleman Cook and Dean Laird.
“Coleman has not only had an outstanding production year but has also proven to make Colorado Group Realty and Steamboat a better place with his striving for success, both in and out of the office,” Annamarie Shunny, broker/owner said.
“Dean has bestowed his commitment and success upon the entirety of Colorado Group Realty,” Dave Hartley, broker/owner added. “His success is admirable.”
The Paoli Group was awarded the most transactions for a team.
“2015 was a great year; working as a team with strong systems allowed us to provide a very high level of service to a lot of clients,” Chris Paoli said.
Martin Dragnev brought in the most transactions as an individual broker this year.
“Martin’s passion and work ethic are unlike anyone else; he radiates his energy onto all of us to try and multi-task like he does. (He) is a father of twins and was able to receive this prestigious award — pretty inspiring!” said Nancy Westphale, broker/owner.
The Most Referrals Award, given to the broker who holds the most in-office and outside Routt County referrals, was presented to Shelley Stanford.
The Broker of the Year award, given to an individual or team who makes superior contributions of time, energy and efforts, was presented to Bo and Sue Stempel. The Stempels involvement in the community, drive and commitment for making Colorado Group number one made them stand out as a top candidate for Broker of the Year.
