Agents receive top honors in 2006

— Prudential Steamboat Realty had 22 agents recognized as top producers at Prudential Real Estate’s sales convention held in San Diego in March.

Cam Boyd, Kathy and Erik Steinberg, Pam Vanatta and Chris Wittemyer were named to the elite Chairman’s Circle – diamond level for their sales in 2006. Sales associates who qualify for this award place in the top half-percent of the Prudential network (consisting of 68,000 agents).

Vanatta was also honored with the PREA 100 Award. The award goes to the top 100 sales professionals or teams who have achieved the highest residential GCI or closed residential units in 2007.



Lisa Olson and Beth Bishop were named to the prestigious Chairman’s Circle – platinum level for their sales in 2006. Sales associates who qualify for this award place in the top 1 percent of the Prudential Real Estate Network.

Annette Hall, Dutch Elting, Jennifer Fritz, Cheryl Foote and Vicky Hanna were named to the Chairman’s Circle – gold level for their sales in 2006. Sales associates who qualify for this award place in the top 2 percent of the Prudential network.



Adrienne Stroock, Colleen de Jong, Karen Hughes and Molly Hibbard were named to the prestigious President’s Circle level for their sales in 2006. Sales associates who qualify for this award place in the top 3 percent of the Prudential network.

Landmark announces new additions to staff

Landmark Consultants has added Andrew Rossi and Erin Stewart to its staff. Rossi and Stewart allow Landmark to expand the list of services that it offers its clients to include water resources engineering and landscape architectural design services.

Rossi holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado and a bachelor of arts in economics from Colby College. He specializes in conducting surface water investigations, hydraulic design and complex floodplain analysis.

Stewart holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Colorado State University. She has more than eight years of experience working in the Yampa Valley and specializes in providing landscape designs that thrive in Routt County.
