Business briefs: RE/MAX welcomes new commercial broker

Emert joins RE/MAX Partners commercial division

RE/MAX Partners has welcomed Dan Emert to its commercial division.

Emert and his wife, Diane, have operated the Ore House at Pine Grove restaurant for many years. Emert’s reputation as a local businessman and his degree in entrepreneurship and small business management offer sure footing as he expands his professional career, according to RE/MAX.

“Dan’s deep and long-standing involvement in Steamboat’s business community brings a tremendous advantage to our team,” said Brett Morganti, director of the commercial division.

Morganti said Emert is positioned to assist other business owners as they acquire, merge or liquidate commercial real estate assets and/or attached businesses.

“We are pleased to add Dan’s energy, focus and dedication to our team”, said Kim Kreissig, broker/owner RE/MAX Partners. “We expect great things from our commercial division”.
