Milner mini-storage building has new owners

The 54-unit mini-storage building in Milner was sold recently to Red Cup LLC.

The building was owned by the St. Pierre family, and according to a news release, a portion of the real estate commission is being donated to benefit Remy St. Pierre, who has spinal muscular atrophy.

Ronald Wendler, of Colorado Group Realty, handled the listing and sale of the property.

The 8,400-square-foot sat on 0.38 acres and sold for $260,000.
