Joyce Moulton rejoins Elk River Realty team

Managing broker/owner Mike Woolverton of Elk River Realty has announced Joyce Moulton has rejoined his staff as a broker associate.

Moulton worked with Elk River Realty several years ago as a project coordinator assisting builders and developers.

“Joyce successfully took new projects through the planning process for us a few years ago, and I’m happy to have her back as a broker associate,” Woolverton said. Moulton will be marketing duplexes that her husband, Cole, of Moulton Construction Inc., is building at Flattops View Village.

Cook, Shunny awarded CRS designations

Coleman Cook and Annamarie Shunny of Colorado Group Realty recently have been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Cook and Shunny have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate to earn the CRS designation. Only 35,000 realtors nationwide have earned this credential.

O’Hare agrees to join family investment firm

Jay O’Hare has joined O’Hare Investment Management as an investment adviser representative. O’Hare Investment Management manages portfolios for individual trusts, retirement plans and foundations. The company has offices in Nashville, Tenn., and in Steamboat Springs in the Old Pilot Building. Jay and his family moved here from Edwards in June.
