Ross recognized by Coldwell Banker

Susan Ross, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Silver Oak Real Estate, has earned membership in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, a level achieved by only the top 13 percent of the more than 126,000 people in the company’s worldwide system.

Ross was recognized at the annual Coldwell Banker International Business Conference in February at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. The even brought more than 10,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers and employees together for a professional development program. Former secretary of state and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Colin Powell was the keynote speaker.

Frank joins engineering firm as a manager

Landmark Consultants has hired Bob Frank as the manager of construction services. Frank brings 30 years of construction and design experience in land development, utilities, property improvements, highway, airports and treatment facilities to Landmark. He has been a resident of Steamboat Springs for 12 years.



Don and Kelli Holcomb open gun shop

Don and Kelli Holcomb have opened Circle H Firearms, at 1890 Elk River Plaza, No. 1 behind The Truck Stop on the west side of Steamboat Springs.

The shop will offer handguns, shotguns, rifles, ammunition and accessories. It also will be a licensing agent for the Colorado Division of Wildlife, selling hunting and fishing licenses.



Don Holcomb is a retired police sergeant, and Kelli Holcomb is a nurse. The couple moved here from Florida last summer. He is a state certified firearms instructor, former police academy firearms instructor and range master.
