Business briefs: CGR broker Jon Wade endorsed by prominent New York mogul
Steamboat Springs — Colorado Group Realty broker endorsed
Colorado Group Realty broker Jon Wade has been endorsed by New York real estate magnate Barbara Cocoran, the resident real estate mogul on NBC’s “Shark Tank” and a prominent self-made multi-millionaire.
Wade said Cocoran will turn down offers from real estate firms for paid endorsements and only endorses brokers who have been vetted and have good recommendations.
“She was in real estate and knows that there’s good agents and bad agents,” said Wade, who appeared in a commercial airing May 19 and will continue to appear in commercials airing during episodes of “Shark Tank” throughout the show’s season.
Wade began his career in real estate in 2005, building his company, The Steamboat Group at Colorado Group Realty, and is also part of the exclusive Radio & Television Experts, or RATE, group of real estate rainmakers.
Cocoran is an iconic figure in the New York real estate scene and is nationally known as the real estate contributor to the NBC Today show.
