Business briefs: Broker releases new magazine
Steamboat Springs — The Paoli Group launches Steamboat Aficionado magazine
Chris Paoli and The Paoli Group at Colorado Group Realty launched Steamboat Aficionado, a new magazine, this summer to showcase the variety of quality experiences offered by Steamboat. The group represents many large homes and felt a responsibility to proactively increase the number of luxury homebuyers in the Yampa Valley, leading to the magazine.
“Steamboat Aficionado is the result of a branding project and marketing campaign to our direct flight cities,” Paoli said in a news release. “It was a fun process showcasing Steamboat through those who already know and love it.”
The magazine features local people who were called to the Yampa Valley for various reasons, including Olympians Chris Puckett and Johnny Spillane, restaurateur Rex Brice, Deer Park’s Michael Craig-Scheckman, Catamount Ranch and Club’s Luke Brosterhous and retiree Ron Barry.
Content includes architectural trends, relevant urban and economic development projects and personal testimonials.
Participate in The Longevity Project
The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.
The group hand-selected 6,000 high-end addresses in Steamboat’s direct flight market to receive the magazine, and Paoli also distributed it at a luxury broker in Seattle in late August.
RE/MAX broker earns Hall of Fame Award
Kimberly Kreissig, owner and managing broker of RE/MAX Partners, was recently presented with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, which honors exemplary sales and performance during agents’ careers with the company. Fewer than 23 percent of all RE/MAX affiliates have earned this prestigious award.
Kreissig has been working in the real estate industry for more than 17 years and has spent the past three years at RE/MAX Partners as managing broker and owner. She has earned the Platinum Club Award every year she has been a part of RE/MAX, and before moving to RE/MAX, she consistently earned top-producing accolades with her prior affiliation.
“Kim is the inspiring leader of our team, and we are most proud for her accomplishment” said Cheryl Garrity, co-owner of RE/MAX Partners, in a news release. “Kim continues to raise the bar in real estate, making our company and our community proud.”
Kressing balances a busy family schedule and real estate business and serves on the board for the Steamboat Springs Boys & Girls Club.
