Last call for basketball, soccer registration

— The final day to register an adult basketball or coed indoor soccer team for the winter season is approaching. League fees are due to the city’s Parks & Recreation Office by Dec. 21. Call 879-4300 for more information.

Pioneers museum using peak-season hours

The Tread of Pioneers Museum is operating under peak-season hours. The museum, at Eighth and Oak streets, is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. However, the museum will close at 2 p.m. Dec. 23 and re-open under regular business hours Dec. 26.

Grammy-winning musician Lee Ann Womack is playing a concert Jan. 9 at the Steamboat Ski Area. Tickets are $28 and can be purchased at All That Jazz, Christy Sports in Central Park Plaza and SportStalker in Gondola Square.
