10:19 a.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who overdosed in the 32500 block of Ute Trail.

12:17 p.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 3100 block of Ingles Lane. A man showed up at someone’s door. The resident answered the door, and the man took off.

6:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken man rolling around in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The man was released to a sober person.

8:14 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 2800 block of Owl Hoot Trail.

8:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person passed out in some grass in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. It was the same man police previously contacted. He became belligerent and began fighting with an officer. The officer was punched and injured his knee. The 27-year-old transient man was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center and then booked into jail on suspicion of second-degree assault.
