Beginning Tai Chi class for older adults starts April 23

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Northwest Colorado Health’s Aging Well program will host a beginning Tai Chi class 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Tuesdays, April 23 through Oct. 8, at the Steamboat Springs Community Center, 1597 Lincoln Ave.

Instructor Susan Shoemaker will lead this gentle exercise class, designed to improve strength and mobility and reduce joint pain in older adults. There is a suggested donation of $3 per class. For more information, call 970-871-7676 or visit northwestcoloradohealth.org/agingwell.
