9:24 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a portable speaker stolen from inventory at a hardware store in the 2100 block of Curve Plaza.

9:53 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a moose at River Queen Lane and Clubhouse Drive. People were stopping to see the moose, and traffic was backing up.

10:32 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a sick person at a bus stop on Weiss Drive.

12:35 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 700 block of East Lincoln Avenue.

4:25 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help with a tree that fell on a propane tank in the 20500 block of Routt County Road 16.

6:45 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person having a seizure in the 300 block of East Third Street.

7:20 p.m. Officers were called to a report of threats in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue. It was a family dispute.

10:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a mother bear and cub dragging a bear-proof trash container in the 1700 block of Alexander Way. The bears were scared away.
