Be a Part of the Docent Program at The Depot

A Steamboat Springs Arts Council Docent is a trained volunteer who assists with our Depot Gallery. This includes helping to interpret and explain the various exhibits to visitors. Upon completion of the course, Docents are required to commit to 10-12 hours per month of volunteer work that will include Depot gallery attendant, jurying exhibits, and hanging and take-down of exhibits. You will receive a free educational course by knowledgeable instructors, expand and enrich your knowledge and love of the arts, learn new skills, meet new people and open new doors. Call the Steamboat Springs Arts Council 879-9008 for an application or more information today.
