Ask a Lawyer clinic set for Aug. 10







The 14th Judicial District is hosting a series of free Ask a Lawyer legal clinics for residents of Routt, Moffat and Grand counties to be held from 3 to 5 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month through Dec. 14.

The next clinic is set for Wednesday, Aug. 10.

Locations and contact numbers are as follows.

• Routt County — 1955 Shield Drive, Steamboat Springs, 970-879-5020.

• Moffat County — 221 W. Victory Way, Craig, 970-824-8254.

• Grand County — 307 Moffat Ave., Hot Sulphur Springs, 970-725-3357.

Appointments can be made by contacting the nearest location, either by telephone or in person. Walk-ins will be assisted if time allows.

Free legal assistance is available at the clinics in the following areas: divorce and custody cases, protection orders, landlord/tenant problems, foreclosures, bankruptcy and debt problems and court lawsuits.

Professional interpreters will also be available.
