Hosted by the Yampa Valley Sustainability Council, the tour will be an interesting afternoon of biking, walking or e-biking through Old Town Steamboat Springs to view inventive remodels, modern construction and a new affordable system-built home that meets current energy building codes.

This year's self-paced tour adds fun elements such as discounted e-bike rentals and 10-minute Porch Presentations by construction professionals. Porch topics range from residential geothermal power, to making tiny homes legal in Routt County, to planning ahead to build green.
