Amy Priegel: Wallet returned

I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to whoever found my wallet and turned it in to McDonald’s during the past weekend. I lost it on my way from Breckenridge to a hockey tournament in Jackson Hole, Wyo. Not only was it turned in, but all of the cash I had brought for the weekend was untouched when I picked it up on my way home. Also, a big thank you to the McDonald’s staff for keeping it in their safe for me and faxing me a copy of my license so I could enjoy some of the nightlife on my trip. In our local paper (Summit Daily News), we have “Angel Alerts,” and that’s how I view everyone who helped get my wallet safely back to me.
