Why you should go: You want to see what shoes she’s going to wear. No, you should go because I just listened to her album and she has an unbelievable smoky, sultry, strong voice that I bet makes her audiences melt.

¤ High Country Garden Tour

Where: Speaker and coffee and pastries at Strings in the Mountains Music Festival Park, 900 Strings Road
Cost: $22 advance purchase tickets, $25 day of tour and $42 for VIP tour
Why you should go: I’ve never done any gardening in my life or been able to keep a houseplant alive, but I went on the pre-garden tour and it was amazing.

Why you should go: My best friend (who just got engaged two days ago in Ireland!) is always encouraging me to meditate because it has so many benefits.
