The owner of Perfect Slope Plumbing & Heating continues to bring in accolades for his plumbing services, winning the coveted crown for four years running. The key boils down to satisfaction.
“I love my job,” says master plumber Custer, who was born and raised in Steamboat. “It’s something different, every day. I love being able to meet people’s needs and kind of be the hero.”
Working on projects large and small, from One Steamboat Place to small, residential homes, Custer attributes his success to customer service and a quest for perfection.
“I have a heart for the people,” he says. “When people don’t have hot water, and they have kids that need to go to school, I’ll fix it that night. I’m in it to help people.”
