Five-time Best Mortgage Broker Kathryn Pedersen of Fidelity will jump through hoops to land you one for your home.
After a 10-year tenure with Yampa Valley Bank, Pedersen stepped out on her own in the mortgage world, for the past six years serving as area sales manager for Fidelity Mortgage. Focusing solely on mortgage work and her customers, she once again rose to the top.
“I’m lucky that I have such a great staff,” says Pedersen, who oversees five employees in Fidelity’s Steamboat office. “I love what I do and especially helping locals stay in Steamboat.”
