2019 Best of the Boat hotel: The Steamboat Grand Hotel
As a resort town, Steamboat Springs offers tough competition when it comes to lodging. But The Steamboat Grand Hotel continues to rise to the top of its packed field.
That success is due to the “hotel’s firm commitment in providing the services necessary to the community,” says Mike Lomas, vice president and general manager of The Steamboat Grand.
The hotel, now in its 20th year in operation, is also a steward of local employment and able to cater to the needs of many nonprofits throughout the area.
Its large venue spaces constantly are the site of events throughout the seasons, while guests and residents also enjoy its amenities — including deluxe spa, pool and fitness center — and excellent level of service.
