— Two events on Sunday will celebrate the life of Page Stockdale, 58, the Steamboat Springs woman who was found dead Nov. 22 in the back of a truck at the Sarvis Creek parking area.

Police suspected Stockdale might have died from carbon monoxide poisoning along with Mark Schiebel, another Steamboat resident. Their deaths are under investigation.

A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Steamboat Christian Center, 821 Dougherty Road. Another celebration will be held at 5 p.m. in the Korbel Ballroom at The Steamboat Grand.

“Stories and laughter are welcome and encouraged as we gather to remind each other of what a dear sweet friend and family member that Page has been to us all,” friend John Lamb said.

People are encourage to bring pictures of Page to share.

The family requests donations in lieu of flowers be sent to support childhood scoliosis at the Infantile Scoliosis Outreach Program in Denver at http://www.infantilescoliosis.org.
