10th annual Ice Fishing Tournament coming Jan. 7

Steamboat Fishing Adventures is set to host the 10th annual Ice Fishing Tournament at Stagecoach State Park from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7.
A cash prize will be awarded for the longest combined length of the biggest two trout caught and, for an extra $20 buy-in, an additional cash prize will be awarded for the largest pike caught.
Pre-registration is available for $45 through Yampa River State Park, Colorado Parks and Wildlife Steamboat office and Stagecoach State Park. Payment is cash only and can be made anytime until 9 a.m. Jan. 7.
Those who don’t wish to fish can still enjoy the event and participate in the raffles that support Stagecoach State Park and Soroco Science Club. For more, call Brady Wettlaufer at 970-819-3561.
