Robert Dwaine Groth, 67, died Thursday, March 30, 2017 at his home in Oak Creek, near Steamboat Springs, Colorado. His memorial service will be held 11 a.m. this Monday, April 3, at Yampa Valley Funeral Home. Robert was born on June 27, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from West Side High in Omaha. He went to college at the University of Nebraska. Rob lived the American Adventure pursuing skiing in the CO Mountains, scuba diving in the ocean. He loved the open road. He is survived by his son Roger Groth, daughter Anna DeVries (Cameron DeVries) and his Grandchildren Donavan Charis, CJ and Roger DeVries, brother Roger Groth (Lisa Groth), sister Suzi Wolfe (Charlie Wolfe) and nieces and nephews.
