Friday, Oct. 26

1:30 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies attempted to check on someone in the 60000 block of Routt County Road 129 in the Hahn’s Peak area. Deputies were unable to locate the person.

1:57 a.m. Steamboat police checked on someone who was threatening to harm him- or herself in the 1500 block of Meadow Lane. The person was fine.

6:42 a.m. A 25-year-old Craig man was arrested in Hayden for being a fugitive of justice. The man was arrested after Hayden police pulled over a car the man was riding in because the car’s driver had allegedly run another driver off the road in Moffat County.

8:35 a.m. Someone reportedly pulled telephone wires out of the side of a house in the 26000 block of Sundance Trail. A report was taken.

10:18 a.m. Someone reportedly was trespassing on Wolf Mountain Ranch.

11:54 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported on Lincoln Avenue.

12:57 p.m. A gas skip worth $58 was reported in the 2100 block of Mount Werner Road. The person came back to pay for the gas.

2:15 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

2:23 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Walton Creek Drive and Lincoln Avenue.

2:53 p.m. Hayden police and Colorado Division of Wildlife officers handled an issue at the gun range in Hayden. Police said a man reportedly was threatened by another person with a gun. The situation was mediated, and everything was fine.

3:57 p.m. Officers mediated a child custody dispute in the 2200 block of Elk River Road.

4:03 p.m. An 18-year-old man was issued a citation for trespassing in the 80000 block of C.R. 74 in Hayden.

4:45 p.m. Vandalism was reported in the 800 block of Walton Creek Road.

8:02 p.m. A man complained about a bonfire in the 1000 block of Uncochief Lane. Everything was fine.

8:17 p.m. Officers warned people in the 200 block of Park Avenue to be quiet.

9:59 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat.

10 p.m. Someone reportedly threw an egg at a house in the 1400 block of Robert E. Lee Lane because the homeowner had called to complain about noise in the area. The person who threw the egg “promised” to clean it up, police said.

10:08 p.m. Someone reportedly was trespassing in the 42000 block of C.R. 46.

11:28 p.m. Residents were given a warning to be quiet on Cedar Court.
