4:09 a.m. An ambulance was requested in unincorporated Routt County for a man with a head laceration. The man apparently went for a drive because he could not sleep, but he slid off Routt County Road 22. He was not injured in the car accident but slipped on ice when he got out of the vehicle and hit his head. He was transported to the hospital.

5:06 a.m. A 23-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1900 block of Cornice Road.

7:40 a.m. A one-vehicle rollover accident was reported near mile marker 123 on U.S. Highway 40 east of Milner. The driver sustained minor injuries, and she and her daughter were transported to the hospital.



7:57 a.m. Fraud was reported in the 40000 block of Baker Way. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies took a report.

8:12 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Oak and Tenth streets. Police took a report.



8:21 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 200 block of Anglers Drive. Police took a report.

8:41 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Police took a report.

9:19 a.m. A fire alarm went off in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Everything was fine.

9:29 a.m. A fire alarm went off in the 31300 block of C.R. 64 near Clark. Everything was fine.

11:05 a.m. Theft of a wallet Nov. 28 was reported in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. Police took a report.

2:46 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 1000 block of Walton Creek Road. Everything was fine.

2:57 p.m. Children reportedly were trying to break branches off a tree at Third Street and Fish Creek Falls Road. They were gone when police arrived.

3:39 p.m. A 23-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue on an outstanding warrant for driving under the influence.

6:13 p.m. A 23-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 500 block of Anglers Drive.

6:53 p.m. A noise complaint was received from the 3200 block of Village Drive, where people were setting off fireworks. No one was around when police arrived.

7:09 p.m. A possible gas leak was reported on River Road where there was a strong smell of natural gas. Atmos Energy was unable to locate any leaks.

8:03 p.m. A drunken driver was reported heading westbound on U.S. 40 near Yampa Valley Regional Airport.

9:03 p.m. Two couches were set on fire in the 800 block of Weiss Drive. Juveniles reportedly were seen running away from the scene. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue extinguished the couches, which were engulfed when fire crews arrived. Police are investigating.

9:12 p.m. A drunken pedestrian was reported at Anglers Drive and Lincoln Avenue, where an intoxicated woman was lying in the vegetation along the road. She was taken to detox.

9:47 p.m. A suspicious vehicle was reported at Lincoln Avenue and Riverside Plaza. Police took a report.

10:17 p.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Amethyst Drive and Fish Creek Falls Road where an SUV slid off the road. Police took a report.

11:34 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 3000 block of Temple Knolls. Everything was fine.
