1:37 a.m. Gunshots were reported in the 29100 block of Elk View Drive.

4:37 a.m. A person complained about an animal at Colorado Highway 131 and U.S. Highway 40.



8:32 a.m. A civil complaint was made in the 1600 block of Indian Trail. A dispute between a landlord and tenant was resolved.

8:46 a.m. A civil complaint was made in the 300 block of Ninth Street. A ticket was issued for a snow removal code violation.



9:03 a.m. A suspicious incident was reported on Sequoia Court. A screen was missing from an apartment window. A report was taken, and the case is under investigation.

10:09 a.m. A person complained about an animal on Eaglepointe Court.

10:31 a.m. A person complained about a vehicle at Tamarack and Cherry drives.

10:57 a.m. Harassment was reported in the 3300 block of AprÃs Ski Way. A warning was given.

11:13 a.m. A suspicious incident was reported on Sequoia Court. A spoiler was broken off the back of a vehicle.

11:18 a.m. Domestic violence was re-ported in Steamboat Springs.

11:57 a.m. Police assisted a citizen in the 800 block of Yampa Street.

11:58 a.m. The Routt County Sheriff’s Office assisted a motorist near mile marker 117 on U.S. 40.

12:12 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. An unattended car rolled into an 8-year-old child. There were no injuries. A report was taken.

1:13 p.m. Property was reported found in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. A wallet was returned to its owner. A report was taken.

1:41 p.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported near mile marker 49 on Colo. 131.

2:44 p.m. A disturbance between roommates was reported near Fish Creek Falls Road. No action was taken.

2:45 p.m. A person complained about an animal in the 2100 block of Pine Grove Road.

3:04 p.m. Vandalism was reported in the 4700 block of Routt County Road 78. A report was taken.

3:15 p.m. A two-vehicle accident was reported at U.S. 40 and Pine Grove Road. No injuries were reported. A ticket was written, and a report was taken.

3:51 p.m. A vehicle fire was reported at U.S. 40 and Dream Island Plaza. The car drove to U.S. 40 and Curve Court, where it was abandoned and left locked and burning. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue extinguished the fire.

4:14 p.m. A passport was reported lost at the Steamboat Ski Area.

9:28 p.m. A person complained about an animal on Eighth Street. Police were unable to locate the animal.

9:38 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported at 12th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

9:59 p.m. An officer was requested in the 6300 block of Homesteader Lane in Hayden.

10:50 p.m. Domestic violence was reported in Steamboat Springs.

11:01 p.m. Domestic violence was reported in Hayden.
