4 a.m. A burglar alarm went off on Moffat Avenue in Yampa. Everything was fine.

4:48 a.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 29200 block of Routt County Road 18. Everything was fine.



9:51 a.m. A sex offender registered at the Steamboat Springs Police Department.

10:28 a.m. Fraud was reported in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza where someone had obtained a man’s debit card number and was making purchases with it. Police took a report.



11:29 a.m. A possible theft was reported in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police are investigating.

12:33 p.m. A carbon monoxide alarm went off in the 500 block of Steamboat Boulevard. Everything was fine.

12:43 p.m. Theft was reported in the 200 block of Moffat Avenue in Yampa. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies took a report.

12:44 p.m. A laptop and computer bag with other items in it was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Police are investigating.

1 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 2600 block of Jacob Circle.

1:09 p.m. Identity theft was reported in Steamboat Springs where fraudulent accounts had been opened. Police took a report.

1:18 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 1600 block of Ranch Road. Everything was fine.

1:56 p.m. Theft of a guitar was reported in the 1000 block of Pine Grove Road. Police took a report.

2:04 p.m. Sheriff’s Office deputies assisted a motorist near mile marker 105 on U.S. Highway 40.

3:10 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Everything was fine.

3:18 p.m. A domestic dispute was reported in Steamboat Springs, where people were yelling. Police took a report.

3:52 p.m. Shoplifting was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive, where a store employee was stealing cash and products. Police took a report and issued a summons.

4:03 p.m. A dog bite was reported in Steamboat Springs. Police took a report.

4:59 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from Merritt and Yahmonite streets where an SUV passed a school bus with its stop signs out. Police took a report.

5:24 p.m. A sex offender registered at the Routt County Sheriff’s Office.

6:49 p.m. A fire alarm went off in the 54200 block of C.R. 62 in Clark. Everything was fine.

7:26 p.m. A 34-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop in the alley between the 700 blocks of Lincoln Avenue and Oak Street.

8:03 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive where a man with two wallets in his possession tried to use a credit card that clerks thought might be fraudulent. The man was gone when police arrived. Police are investigating.

10:45 p.m. A two-vehicle, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 2300 block of Ski Time Square Drive where a car in a parking structure was hit by another vehicle. Police took a report.

11:07 p.m. A noise complaint was received from the 1300 block of Athens Plaza. Police gave a warning.
